Ministry Description The AV Coordinator is familiar with all Audio/Visio (AV) equipment. And coordinates in conjunction with the Worship Deacon AV head and GM deacon, AV Operators to support OCAC internal/external events with AV equipment.

Responsibilities Coordinator of AV Operators Support AV setup/operation for events Works with the AV Head, and GM deacon to budget for new AV equipment, and repairs.

Ministry Description The GM Team supports and connects to all areas of the three language ministries (CSM/ESM/MSM) at Church. The operational focus includes the ongoing management of the Church property and allocation of all physical resources. |

Responsibilities Planning/Coordinating/Executing Operations Authorize GM expenses Administration of the GM budget Attends GM meetings Attends ESMT deacon meetings This role also includes Janitor Service for non-regular booked events (When fees are paid). This includes: AV, Door unlock/lock, and cleanup.
