The Equip Ministry exists to make disciples of God’s people. Discipleship is the process of helping people to become more like Christ in their thoughts, feelings, and actions. The end goal is to develop people to spiritual maturity.

Responsibilities

Prepare course using material provided by Equip deacon.

Lead or Teach a course in a Sunday School term (~ 3 months).

- Coordinate with ESM Pastor, Sunday School Curriculum each term (four terms in one year)

- Lead or Teach a course in a Sunday School term (~ 3 months), if necessary.

- Recruit and train new teachers

- Call regular teachers status meeting

- Acquire material for Equip ministry for church library

Besides the Sunday commitment, he/she will need to buy supplies at his/her own time when supplies are needed.

Tea, coffee, sugar, whitener are stored in the kitchen at church. Cups are to be store at the coordinator’s home.
